Welcome home

Fly Ranch is a 3,800 acre property home to Fly Geyser, dozens of hot and cold springs, wetlands, animals, 150 cows, and more than 100 types of plants. Our goals are to steward the land; be a space for transformative experiences, growth, healing, and connection; and create an open-source model for regenerative living. Our programs focus on sustainability, STEM + art, Burning Man’s 10 Principles, and the land. You can find projects, videos, pictures, and ways to get involved on this page. We host nature walks a few times a month.

Fly Ranch Design Challenge

In the past few years we’ve had 30+ open community campouts and held more than 300 nature walks. We need infrastructure to grow. We’re hosting a sustainability design challenge to meet this need and create a dozen or more projects focused on food, power, water, shelter, and waste.
